Alfred Scott was born March 10, 1966 in Rochester, NY to Leodis Scott & Gloria . Alfred Scott completed high school graduating in October 1990. After graduation he immediately had to adjust to the new normal of his living condition after being paralyzed at the age of 25 years old. He received an Associate degree in Science in 2002, from MCC Downtown Campus. He was extremely proud of this accomplishment.

On some Sundays he enjoyed watching Joel Osteen and other televangelist's. Alfred Scott took great pleasure in his entrepreneurial venture of DVD movie and music burning. He also enjoyed talking with people (home health aids, friends, family and children). He enjoyed researching other disabled peoples accomplishments, also others with their accomplishments.

Alfred Scott passed away on Thursday December 7th 2017 . He is survived by his Mom, Gloria (James) Shields, father, Leodis Scott: his siblings, Brent Merritt, Leodis Scott, Jr., Mavis Scott, kenneth (Dedra) Scott, John G., Monique Scott, James Shields Jr., Gloria N. Shields and a host of nieces and nephews from Rochester, New York on our dad’s side.

Latifah Scott, Kareem Scott, Malikah Scott, Fatima Scott, Sameerah Scott, Jamal & Camel Scott & Shareefah Scott who were raised in Pine Bluff, Arkansas
